Returns due to undeliverable address are subject to restocking fees. Re-shipments due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address are subject to re-ship fees.

For non-defect returns, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. This fee is usually to recover our original shipping expenses or other expenses related to the transaction. Shipping fees, if any, paid by the buyer are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the return.
All returns are inspected upon arrival to verify defects, damage and confirm all pieces are included. Non-defect returns must be unused and in "resale" condition with all original packaging intact with all parts and accessories. An additional deduction may be taken to replace missing pieces or  for repackage or the refund may be denied if the returned item is used(shows signs of installation), missing too many or key components or otherwise misrepresented.
