Vintage 1950's Complete MCA Dictascriber Wire Recorder RARE

Description

Warms up and tubes hum when plugged in, motors and cooling fan appear to work as they should.
I do not know what to look for so I could not tell you if it works or not, the wire is broken between the two spools
